My Purpose

I help women who have been dismissed in their healing journey reconnect with their bodies in a deeper, more sustainable way so they can move through life with ease and comfort.

Who I am

Wellness Recalibrated is led by Samantha Byrne, a former Nurse Practitioner who came to this work through lived experience and a deep understanding of how the body responds to healing and recovery.

 

This work focuses on building capacity through body-based regulation, helping the nervous system feel safe enough for meaningful change to take hold. Rather than adding more information or pressure, the approach supports integration, resilience, and sustainable healing.

 

Wellness Recalibrated exists in the space where modern healthcare often falls short—supporting the foundation so everything else can work.
