What an Energy Recalibration Session Is
An Energy Recalibration Session is a guided, intuitive process that uses the principles of the Emotion Code® to help identify and release trapped emotional energy stored in the body.
Trapped emotions can form in response to stress, trauma, or unresolved experiences and may subtly influence how we feel, react, and move through life.
During a session, we work together to:

Identify emotional imbalances the body is ready to release

Support the nervous system in returning to a more regulated, grounded state

What a Session Feels Like
During an Energy Recalibration Session, we use gentle muscle testing as a way to communicate with the body’s internal singaling sytsem
This process is often described as interviewing the body’s subsconscious, helping identify imbalances in the body that could be affecting your physical and mental health.
The body leads the session. We only explore what is ready to be addressed, and nothing is forced. Many clients appreciate that they do not need to talk through their history or relive past experiences for this work to be effective.
Sessions are gentle, focused, and designed to support nervous system regulation rather than overwhelm.
